People like Singh Hari Shivram Raj Guru Chandrasekhar Azad Sukhadev Kudirambos Subhash Chandra Bose Jhansi Lakshmibai Ashwak Lak Han Mangal Pandey Ramprasad sacrificed their lives for the nation at a young age and brought us independence.
Conferences were organized and finally a committee was formed. This committee is called the Constitution Drafting Committee. As long as our constitution exists, this Constitution Drafting Committee will always have priority. Such a drafting committee was formed by your Constituent Assembly on 29th August 1947. The committee was made up of prominent people, independent of political parties. This committee was mainly seven members. It is formed with members
Dr. BR Ambedkar has been appointed as the President of this Constitution Drafting Committee. The names of the seven members of this committee are respectively Dr. BR Ambedkar Alluri Krishnaswamy Iyer ,Syed Mohammed Shadullah K. M. Munshi, N. Madhavrao, N. Gopala Swami Iyengar TT Krishnamachari….. these committees Before Madhavrao, BN Mittal continued as a member, only for a short time and then N Madhavrao replaced him. TT Krishnamachari was preceded by DP khaitan who died in 1948. TT Krishnamachari was replaced and these all were advocates except TT krishnamachari
Dr. Benagal Narsinga Rao, the Constitutional Adviser to this Drafting Committee, with the assistance of the Chief Draftsman, SN Mukherjee, drafted the Draft Constitution and submitted it to the Constituent Assembly on November 5 th 1947. On 21 of the second month of 1948, the draft constitution with 315 provisions and eight annexures was published to the state legislatures. Sent to the press. Again, the Constituent Assembly met on the fourth date of the 11th month of 1948 and started the debate on the constitution and asked the people to discuss the shape of this draft constitution and give their opinions in about 8 months. At this time, Dr. Ambedkar was hailed as the modern Manu, the father of the Constitution of India and the architect of the Constitution. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s speeches in reply to the doubts of the council members on the provisions of the draft constitution were clear interpretations of those provisions. When Ambedkar’s speech was over, the doubts of the members were dispelled, and there was relevance in hailing him as a modern man. He said that it is equivalent to say that the father of the Constitution of India is Father of the Constitution of India.
We all know that the administration of our country is being done according to the provisions of the constitution which has been established in this way. However, even after 70 years of independence, the people of the country do not have a proper understanding of their rights. Our country is far behind in development compared to other countries. Seeing the lack of development, I established this organization. The main purpose of our organization is to see our country as a developed country without corruption. The lack of proper awareness is becoming a hindrance to the development of our country. In India, which is united in diversity, there are some people who trample on the values of equality and show inequality under the guise of equality. Remembering the fact of being subjected to rapes like Disha and informing the people about taking precautions to prevent such things from happening in the future, making all the ignorant people who are suffering from caste religion, gender discrimination, regional discrimination, making them wise, and assuring that our organization will support all those who are in dire poverty who cannot meet the basic needs of human life in terms of economy, in a society where once there is good humanity, righteousness, justice, discretion. Knowledge used to have values, it has lost its place, the human beasts who are blinded by their eyes are committing many kinds of murders. Even after the Nirbhaya Act, the rape of Disha Warangal Paskand is still happening in the country. Such people are being punished on the one hand, but injustices and atrocities are being committed by humanoid demons who have no discernment.
Where is the fault? Not giving proper punishment to such people in time is one step but lack of proper awareness among the people is another important thing so we all have to take note of this matter. Our organization is coming forward with the intention of supporting the development of India by promoting the issues of Dharma and Justice and also by identifying the corruption irregularities in all sectors of the government and private sectors and bringing them to the attention of the owners of those sectors and keeping the people of India safe and peaceful and seeing a corruption-free humanity…Always at your service, Gottimukkula Madhavachari, founder and president of Human Rights Protect and Welfare Awareness Organization.
